Section I

Privacy Policy

MeshNetGo is the controller of personal data submitted through meshnetgo.com, our contact desk, and statements of work. We process only what is necessary to answer integration enquiries, deliver contracted engineering work, and meet French and European Union accounting obligations.

1.1 — Data we process

Identification and professional contact details (name, business email, telephone, company), the content of the project briefs you send us, contract and invoice records, and limited technical logs (IP address, user agent, and consent flags) generated when you browse this site.

1.2 — Legal bases

Processing rests on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR), the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service (Article 6.1.f), and your consent for non-essential cookies (Article 6.1.a), which you may withdraw at any time.

1.3 — Retention

Enquiry records are held for 24 months from the last meaningful contact. Contract, invoice, and accounting records are retained for 10 years as required by French commercial law. Server logs are rotated every 12 months. Data is then deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

1.4 — Recipients & transfers

Access is limited to MeshNetGo engineers and to processors bound by written agreements — including our European hosting provider, payment processor, and email carrier. We do not sell personal data. Where a processor operates outside the EEA, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.

1.5 — Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.

Section II

Terms of Service

These terms govern every engagement between MeshNetGo and its clients for API gateway builds, webhook relay implementation, middleware architecture, and related advisory services. Specific scope, price, and delivery dates are fixed in a written statement of work signed by both parties.

2.1 — Scope & delivery

Deliverables are described in the statement of work. Turnaround periods begin on receipt of the deposit and of the access credentials necessary to start. Client-caused delays extend delivery dates day for day; we will flag any such delay in writing within two business days.

2.2 — Fees & payment

Prices are quoted in US dollars or euros excluding VAT. Fixed-scope work is invoiced 50% on signature and 50% on acceptance. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within 14 days via the Stripe payment link published on this site or by bank transfer. Late balances accrue interest at three times the French statutory rate.

2.3 — Intellectual property

On full payment, all worldwide rights in client-specific source code, schemas, and design artefacts transfer to the client. MeshNetGo retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and tooling, which are licensed to the client perpetually and royalty-free for use within the delivered work.

2.4 — Warranties & liability

Deliverables are warranted to conform to the statement of work for 30 days after acceptance; we will repair material defects at no cost. Beyond that period, support continues under an active retainer. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or failures originating in third-party platforms.

2.5 — Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 15 days of written notice. On termination, fees for work completed become due and all deliverables produced to date are handed over. Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

2.6 — Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are first referred to good-faith negotiation, then to the competent courts of Paris, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.

Section III

Cookie Policy

Cookies and similar storage technologies are small files placed on your device when you visit meshnetgo.com. This site is deliberately light: we run no advertising networks, no cross-site tracking pixels, and no third-party analytics suites.

3.1 — What we store

meshnetgo_cookie_consent (localStorage): records your acceptance of this notice so we do not ask again. Session identifiers (strictly necessary cookies): protect form endpoints and keep your session secure while the contact desk is open. Stripe session: set on our payment page only, to carry a checkout securely to completion.

3.2 — What we do not use

No behavioural advertising cookies, no data-broker pixels, and no fingerprinting scripts are present on this site. The embedded map is loaded only when the contact page renders, subject to Google's own storage terms.

3.3 — Managing cookies

You can clear stored consent at any time through your browser settings, or block storage entirely — the site remains readable, though the consent notice will reappear on each visit. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the contact form and checkout from functioning.

3.4 — Changes

Material changes to this policy are published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of meshnetgo.com after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Section IV

Refund Policy

We would rather fix an engagement than refund it, but the terms below are unambiguous. Refund requests are addressed by writing to [email protected] with your invoice reference and are settled within 14 days of approval.

4.1 — Fixed-scope work

If you cancel before work begins, the deposit is refunded in full, less any third-party costs already incurred (domain registrations, licence fees, cloud credits). Once engineering hours have been logged, the deposit is non-refundable and covers the work delivered to that point.

4.2 — Milestones

Acceptance payments already invoiced for delivered milestones are non-refundable. If a deliverable fails to meet the acceptance criteria stated in the statement of work, we repair it at no charge before any further payment falls due.

4.3 — Retainers

Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. The current month remains chargeable; unused prepaid days beyond the notice window are refunded pro rata.

4.4 — Fault & non-delivery

Where MeshNetGo fails to deliver an agreed milestone within 15 business days of its due date, or abandons an engagement without cause, you may terminate in writing and receive a full refund of all amounts paid for the undelivered portion.

4.5 — How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method — Stripe card payments are returned to the card used at checkout; bank transfers are returned to the originating account. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights, where applicable, are honoured in addition to the terms above.
